  Andrew is a private investor and the founder of Osier Capital LLC. 

He was previously a Portfolio Manager at Steadfast Financial LP, a New York-based long/short global hedge fund with $11 billion in assets under management. 

During his tenure at Steadfast, which began in 1999, he led coverage of the financial services industry. His prior experience includes four years within Morgan Stanley’s Global Insurance Group, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions.

Andrew holds a B.A. in English from Princeton University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Since 2000, he has served on the Board of Directors for Syndicate 2791, Managing Agency Partners.

Jason is a Partner at Osier Capital LLC, an investment firm specializing in insurance and long-term strategic holdings. He serves on the Board of Directors of Fox Paine International GP Ltd., the ultimate controlling entity of Global Indemnity Group LLC (NASDAQ: GBLI). 

Throughout his career as a principal and advisor, Mr. [Last Name] has executed 28 corporate acquisitions and divestitures totaling $5 billion, serving on the boards of eight of those entities.

He was a member of GBLI’s Board of Directors from 2017 to 2024. Previously, he held executive roles at family office Richmond Hill Investments LLC, private equity firms Fox Paine & Company LLC and McCown De Leeuw & Co., and the investment bank James D. Wolfensohn Incorporated. 

Jason also wrote and produced the feature film The Dog Wedding. He earned a B.S. in Economics (summa cum laude) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
